Brilliant course, if you have a change to attend, please do, you will not be disappointed! As long as you love coffee and want to make the perfect cup that is!
My son and I attended the Home Barista course at Dash Coffee, I've been drinking coffee for a long time, I learned a lot of the history and processes of coffee production, the grading of coffee and the best way to make it with your home espresso machine.
I don't own one, but I am now looking at buying one off the back of this course!
Everything was covered, even best ways to clean your machine and even included some Latte aet, which I have never done before, but found it very enjoyable.
Also, the coffee there is EXECELLENT, we had a bite to eat there for lunch and that was out of this world as well.
The team at the shop are very pleasant and funny to boot.

Really enjoyed the Barista basics course. Cris was a font of knowledge, very patient and made us feel at ease.
A mix of interesting information from plant to cup including hands on practice on how to create the perfect espresso, frothing the milk and a little latte art.
It really sparked my interest to gain more knowledge and I'd definitely recommend the course. Plus delicious coffee included 😋
